What do we actually do? Expect challenging dialogue, time to reflect, and fast-paced design sessions to yield a plan your team will feel good about. How we get there depends on you. We greatly respect the power of nature, so you can pretty much bet we will get you outside… but no ropes courses, scavenger hunts or trust falls – we promise! We will encourage you to share experiences and feelings – about the journey you’ve made, the adventure ahead, and your role in both.

A typical journey with Kintamani & Company takes about eight weeks. After that, we can stick around to help... that's up to you.
